Dr. Rathore holds a Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry from the Oregon State University. He has over three decades of experience in leading innovative and highly-technical chemistry organizations in the pharmaceutical and specialty chemical sectors. Early in his career, he founded pharma chemical company, Polyorganix which was later acquired by Borregaard Synthesis, where he remained in an executive capacity for several years. His professional career also includes key executive roles at leading global companies, such as Lonza AG and Alcami Corporation. Previously, Dr. Rathore served as a board member of Borregaard Synthesis and Suven Life Sciences, and currently serves on the board of ZCL Chemicals.
Numerous publications have written about PCI Synthesis, most recently in Pharmaceutical Processing, Pharmaceutical Outsourcing, Manufacturing Chemist, Pharmaceutical Compliance Monitor, Contract Pharma, the Boston Business Journal, Mass High Tech,Chemical & Engineering News, and BioSpace. Prior to founding the company, Price served in numerous positions at several leading custom chemical manufacturers, including ChemDesign and PolyOrganix (previously Borregaard Synthesis).
Pål Romberg, the Exilva Vice President, is an MBA from the Northern Arizona University and has worked in Borregaard since 1995. Mr Romberg has held various positions within the Borregaard group, among other heading the LignoTech USA division and several commercial roles.
Jarle Wikeby, the Exilva coordinator, is a Senior project director at Borregaard since 2012. Jarle has been working in the company since 1987 and has extensive experience of large industrial project at Borregaard. Before that he occupied different positions at Borregaard being in charge of Denomega Pure Health division (2008-2012), plant manager for the Synthesis Pharma division.
